We have a unique and, we believe, a much more attractive and fair pricing structure for our tours. We do not have a fixed price list, because we are not trying to sell you a fixed package. Instead, we want to tailor the tour to your needs. And we make it all-inclusive. No surprises. Therefore, we do price each tour depending on your exact requirements, the duration, the number of people and how far you want to go on the snowmobile. Perhaps you want to include dog-sledging, cross-country skiing, shooting with rifles. Let us know. Perhaps you want to stay in a luxurious, modern cabin? Or in the Icehotel? No problem. Just tell us what you expect, we will give you the suggestion.
Expect to be driving between 80 -180 km/day, where a day typically starts a 8 with breakfast, leaving at 9, lunch at 13 and reaching our destination at around 16.
During the day, we may have lunch by an open fire or in a Laplander tent or cabin. Or,depending on location, in a local restaurant/bar. We also spend time for example ice fishing.
Upon arrival, we usually have a sauna (takes 2 hours), which includes beer, rolling in the snow (it is nice!) and washing off any "dust" from the day's snowmobiling adventure.
Thereafter we happily meet up for a nice dinner, typically in a very cosy and highly qualitative environment. The menu includes appetizer, main course and dessert and would be mentioned by Guide Michelin, if they could find us!
500 Km, accommodation 2x in modern cabins, 1x in hostel, 1x in log cabin. Moderate driving.
700 Km, accommodation 1x in modern cabin, 1x in hostel, 1x in log cabin. Hard driving.
1,000 Km to Norway, Finland and back. Mixed accommodation, forest as well as mountain drives.
Leisurly 70 Km/day, with plenty of stops, additional activities (visits to local museum, shopping at local handicraft shops, skiing, kick-sledging, reindeer petting....)
The following is an example of options you may want to specify (or leave up to us to recommend):
We will provide you with a quote as soon as we have your inquiry, but as you surely want to have an idea right now, expect a price between approximately 400-800 EUR/day/person, depending on length of tour, number of guests, etc. This is the all-inclusive price, with a snowmobile per person (i.e. 2 guests will not need to share one snowmobile!), fuel, all food and drinks, accommodation, etc.
Please be aware that the availability of quality accomodation in this region is very scarce. We know of them all, and have excellent connections, making it possible for us to secure the best locations at the best dates. However, the more in advance you can book, the better possibility we have to offer you the desired tour. It is advisable to book in August-September for a spring tour! (yes, it is THAT much in demand to go to this region.) But also bookings on short notice are perfectly OK, you just might need more flexibility in the exact itinerary.
